Yeah, so, it was only a link to a blog and one persons opine on the greatest hockey hit of all time.

You be the judge.



There have been so many great hockey hits over the past years, which can make it quite difficult to say which is the best. But what makes this hit so awesome is:

1. It's Scott Stevens.(Ok, I'm alittle biased for the all time greatest NJ Devil)
2. It was during a Stanley Cup Series where the losing team was supposed to sweep the series, but instead got swept. (Stanley Cup #1, for the Devils)
3. After the hit, Stevens skated back to the bench and had a stone look on his face while staring at the Red Wings bench and saying, "Your Next!". (Intimidation)
   
4. Stanley Cup Champions for the first time. (Oh, did I mention that already.)
